Very professional. Received specific instructions for the meeting through several emails. The interview was with the owner. Relaxed conversation about the position and what the next steps would be. I was called back for a 2nd interview at commercial location for the company.

Fill out application. If selected you will have a short pre-screening interview which will more than likely lead to a face to face interview. You will have a face to face interview with the Lead Rep, as well as an in field interview with another rep. You will know by the end of that 2nd round interview if you will be hired or not.
