Applied online with normal Resume/Cover letter. Followed up with an email 1 week after close of posting. Interview notice via email after about 3 weeks post-closing. Phone interview with about 4 people (search committee). Second interview offer came through about 1 week later. Face-to-Face interview with panels, and a presentation to demonstrate "sales pitch" followed by 1:1 interview with Director.
