Really great. First take the test and practice for it. It involves listening to calls and typing information in. Practice math and timing. Also look in the corner for account numbers that's a big detail. The once you pass interview. Practice STAR. That is the key and great detail with that. Then they call you. Overall I had a positive experience.

I was arranged the interview by a recruiter. The interview was a group interview with a panel ranging from supervisors to management. They asked the usual questions. They talked about how they usually hire internally and asked why they would choose me.

You will be scheduled for a computer test.if you have call center experience then the first two parts of the test won't be hard. The last part is challenging a lot of math while listening to a customer . Was overwhelming but I don't think they look for the answers on that part to be correct just your ability to multitask.
