Something seems to be off with their talent acquisition process. I interviewed previously for a senior advisor role at SCE, ultimately accepted a role at another organization, gained more experience and management experience. Then they had another job posting for the same role at a different location and this time around after submitting an application the message SCE talent acquisition emailed was
"After evaluating your application for this position, we have determined that your skillsets and work experience, although impressive, do not meet the minimum qualifications." So I qualified to pass the screening to interview previously with less experience. So bizarre. It was honestly a waste of time submitting the application. Some other reviews said it helps to know someone internally at SCE. Maybe the experience depends on the talent acquisition person reviewing applications too because it's clearly not consistent to qualify one time and then not qualifying a second time after gaining more experience and management experience as well.
