Making a note here as it appears SCE is engaged with this platform.....One of your outsourced contract talent acquisition people reached out to me on linked in about a SFA role, of which I am WAY overqualified for, as in, I haven't been an analyst in nearly twenty years. I've been operating at a VP/CFO level for startups from seed through Series D VC funding for the last seven years. I engaged with this recruiter briefly over LI while I was waiting for my lunch to see what his deal was, if he even reviewed my background before spamming me with his analyst job copy/paste. SCE needs to know the level of lazy they are hiring to do their recruiting. This guy not forthcoming about my direct question about remote/hybrid and salary. It was a back and forth exchange I chose to engage with to see what happened...It was a brief painful. almost felt like I was interacting with AI. Does SCE know that their recruiters are out there basically spamming people trying to farm resumes to fill their quota? Bad look for SCE. pretty consistent for talent acquisition/recruiter types - lazy, dumb, lack of critical thinking.

tldr "send me your resume and I will disclose salary" My question: Do you want to share with me the comp and whether that role is remote or hybrid? Recruiter sent the following message at 2:17 PM I do have a question before we continue to next steps! With this being a hybrid position working onsite in Rosemead California twice a week are you willing to accommodate a hybrid role? If so please send me your email and will include the full job description along with salary and next steps needed to continue. Thx

Simple interview process. Applied via SCE website, received notice to do a test (Personality survey). Then received a call from an HR specialist. Had a total of 3 interviews, one with managers and advisors of the team, one with potential teammates (analysts and senior analysts), and final one with Director of the department. I originally applied to be a financial analyst, then offered senior analyst position based on experience. Upon receiving job offer, there is a full panel drug test that must be completed 48 hrs after accepting job offer and then there is background check and I-9 Verification (work status).
