The actual interview wasn't difficult, it was targeted towards entry level workers.
There were 3 people - the JSP Connected program coordinator and two of the mentors that worked at the service center. They took turns asking questions then asked if I had any questions. I asked how they liked working for Edison, and what I should expect out of the job.
I applied around April, and they called me for the interview in May. The application was simple, they came to my high school and explained the program to us. We turned in a resume and transcript with the application, and we were required to take a typing speed test.
They called me around 2 months after the interview and said they wanted to offer me the job.
After that I met with the coordinator a few times to sign papers and things like that. The screening process took forever, and I was finally working in October, one month later than I was supposed to begin working. (My start date was supposed to be the second week after the school year started in August)
It took a month from my start date to get computer access, and over 4 months after that to get fully situated with all the programs and accesses I needed to do my work.
