First interview: 15 minute call to determine personality, character, etc.
Second interview: 30 minutes via Ring Central with pilot and HR. Download this in advance and do a test call because it can be problematic with different OS. Do not assume it will work like Zoom/Facetime.

Very quick, wanting last minute people who can fill class shortages. Will take entry level people. I felt like they will take any at the pay scale they are at.

Entretien
HR phone call 24 hrs after application. One week later zoom interview that was easy. Few emails exchanging documents. Interview was very calm, had a few Bullet points that the interviewer was reading off of.
