The process began by completing a very detailed application which included a job specific set of questions. I then printed my resume and cover letter and delivered it to the HR department along with the application. This is where the downfall comes in, the process is very slow. I applied mid December and waited 2 weeks to find out I would be interviewed. This interview was a panel interview which required a presentation of pre-set subject material. After the interview I waited an additional 2 weeks to receive a job offer. It is a slow process, but worth the wait for a great job.

The application is extensive including a number of job specific essay questions. The time frame for the hiring process is extremely slow. Once an interview is set, the process moves quickly - a decision was made in my case within 7 days. For my position this was a panel interview with 5 panel members from different sectors of the college interviewing.
