First, I was invited to a Zoom interview with two staff members, which was comfortably conversational and not high-stress. I was given a detailed description of the position, including the expected salary, and was asked about my experience. Shortly after, I was invited to visit campus for a tour of the department, which again was very relaxed and stress-free. I quickly received an offer and happily accepted.
