Entretien
I met with Dr. Barkley and additional faculty as I presented a powerpoint as part of my interview. Everyone treated me very well and made the whole experience very comfortable. I also was able to tour the school and was very impressed with the school overall. I enjoyed answering questions during my interview and also asking questions to the faculty which helped me make a better decision to coming onboard with South College.

Entretien
I felt fortunate to hear from South College the same day I applied. The interview was a straightforward phone call, consisting of behavioral questions about my teaching philosophy, motivation, and commitment to service. After that, I completed a Predictive Index survey. From start to finish, the process—from application to offer letter—took ten days. I’m grateful and excited to begin this new journey with South College. It feels like they truly value success through community, commitment, and connection. Thank you!

Today’s interviews often feel more casual, especially in early phone or video calls, but they still focus on the same important skills and behaviors. I also shared personal examples.
