The first screen lasted 30 minutes by recruiter who was polite, asked some common interview questions like the reason for changing jobs, the reason for choosing our company, etc. I were be told not suitable for this position after 2 weeks follow ups.

The steps involved included having my resume shortlisted, followed by a conversation with the recruiter, and then a prescreening interview.
