I was invited for a 25 minute interview which turned out to be an hour long presentation by the CEO to a large group of people. Ignoring the fact that they completely disrespected people's time, the job advert was nothing close to what they actually offered. They want you to work face to face even during COVID, you would not be an employee so if you get sick no pay, and it was implied it is all commission based. In short you'd be a slave. On companies house you can see they only have 5 employees. The CEO claims he's working with BT, Sky, British Red Cross, etc. but there is no mention of this on their website. He spent the hour talking about 'haters' and trying too hard to be funny, not offering any insight into what you'd actually be doing and how his business model works. Do not attempt to work with this company. It really isn't worth it, even if you are desperate.
