Terrible. Got an interview and the recruiter said to let her know if I had any questions before it, I had one, she never responded. Then for the interview, the question had absolutely nothing to do with the role itself, it was a clock algorithm. Keep in mind this was a front end development internship. There are zero cases in this job where this would be relevant. No questions about my coding experience or cool projects or what I could offer Soundcloud. Then, to top it all off, after following up once a week for 3 weeks, I never even got a rejection email. Used to be my dream job and dream company but this experience ruined it for me.
