Entretien
One phone interview with HR and two zoom interviews with a panel of 4 people. Multiple questions at each interview asked by different people. Had a long time after the last interview before getting an offer.

How do you organize your projects and what tools do you use?
Phone screen followed by one panel interview with the same group of people. The questions asked were not difficult and both the phone screen and the panel interview were virtual.

What interests you about working for Sound Transit?
To start with, there were three phone interviews, After that there were two rounds of panel interviews. HR was very responsive. They asked about certs but I clearly have them so I'm not sure why they would even ask. I think their HR was the most impressive group in the company. I don't think their PMO actually knows how to run things which was a huge red flag for me.
