Very chill interview process. Interview over zoom and then they invite you to ride as a followup. They'll ask for weekend availability but most studios are flexible depending on staff size.

It was short and sweet - I was asked the standard interview questions: some behavioural-/personality-based questions, as well as why I am interested in the position. Only reason I turned the position down was because I needed to also join the cleaning crew at that time.

Interviewer was very personable, kind, and bubbly. They really want to see your passion for SoulCycle, health and wellness, and communication. They also were big on having customer service and hospitality experience. There were 2 rounds of zoom interviews and then a final decision was revealed to you in the last interview, and in an email.

Asked why I wanted to work for Soul Cycle and about my availability. They weren’t very straightforward about what they were looking for. I also never heard back from them.
