I recently had the exhilarating opportunity to interview for a position at SoulCycle, and I must say, it was an experience that left me breathless in the best way possible! From the moment I walked into the interview room, I could feel the positive vibes and high-energy atmosphere that SoulCycle is known for. The interviewers were like personal cheerleaders, motivating me to pedal through each question with determination and gusto. They even provided me with a playlist of interview-themed beats to keep my enthusiasm spinning! The interview process itself was truly unique. Instead of traditional questions, they asked me to visualize my career goals as different stages of a cycling journey. It was like a mental workout, and I could practically feel my ambition pedaling uphill, just like in their famous cycling classes. The interviewers' insightful guidance helped me navigate the twists and turns of my professional aspirations, leaving me feeling inspired and invigorated.

Brief phone interview. General questions. She was really friendly, high energy and easy to talk to. The actual try out was super tough. You only get maybe 15 seconds to shine. You better have a routine down because that is solely what you are tested on. I didn’t know about the time frame as I prepped a song with a routine so I sank really quick. Also, a lot of people were there some were trying out for their 3rd time. ;)
