Very informal -- had a sitdown with management to discuss prior job performance, and career trajectory. Management was open and honest with the selection process, and I was informed immediately.

It was a pretty easy and quick process. I received an email about two weeks after applying and was interviewed over the phone a day or two after that and then had my final in person interview a few days later

The Manager was warm, welcoming, and thorough addresses all aspects of the job and its demands such as the early hours and sometimes chaotic atmosphere. They stressed what it meant to represent the brand and work with integrity and honesty.
