We strive to ensure that all our candidates have a good experience when they interview with us. Therefore, we want to make sure that we act on your feedback. That said, there seems to be some misunderstanding about the process that we wish to clarify here: 1. We had an unprecedented candidate turnout on the day you attended our interview. This had a follow-on effect on the visitor-entry process, which we regret. As soon as the recruitment team found out, they took corrective action to reduce the wait time. We have since worked with our Security team to put in a process to deal with such situations in the future, so this will not repeat. 2. We request all candidates to carry their personal laptops; in cases where we have prior information we provide laptops. Unfortunately on that day, there were more people without laptops than anticipated due to which some candidates had to wait a little longer for their turn. We managed to limit this wait to 60 mins and even gave candidates the option to reschedule their interview. 3. Typically, candidates are invited for an F2F round after the online test, but we make exceptions for weekend drives based on candidate convenience. In all situations, we make sure to inform the candidates about the process well in advance. 4. All our panelists are professional and in addition we brief them on interview etiquette. This might have been a stray case, we will investigate this and pass on the feedback. 5. We wish to dispel the misconception that we only recruit from IITs and IIMs. While strong educational background and past work experience are valued, our foremost criteria is to recruit people with skills that are relevant to the role.
