When I joined the Zoom, I was told that this would "not be an interview" and was immediately asked if I had any questions about the role! Very unusual as I was the one doing the interviewing. I had a feeling it was just a beauty check and that it would not progress any further. Very unprofessional and I would not have proceeded further anyways."
