After a first phone call with the HR manager based in UK, I had a second interview with the Italian Sales Manager. He asked me just questions related to the internal process of my current company. No question related to the role. I never received any feedback from their side! I've sent 3 email and a message on Linkedin to the HR manager, but they've never replied me. Waste of time and no respect for the candidates

Entretien
3 stage interview process
Call with internal recruiter to discuss experience and suitability for the role. Call with reporting manager to discuss experience, role and suitability. Final stage, panel interview presenting suitability for role and a presentation around sophos.
First round was with an HR, who was really nice. Later, another two rounds with the boss followed. We discussed the position in detail and than I got to prepare a presentation for the final round.
