Everything was going ok and then ghosted during stage 3. It is just a bit unprofessional to completely ignore candidates that gave given 2-3 hours of their time to calls and preparation for these interviews. Very unprofessional!

I was contacted for an interview the same day I applied online. They set up a skype interview for the following week. I took time off work for this interview and it seemed to go really well. The interviewer told me someone else would reach out to me for the next interview. I never heard from that person. I followed up with initial interviewer twice requesting an update and got no response. Based on the other interview reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence with this company. It really shows a lack of respect and professionalism. If someone takes off work to interview you with your company, at least show them the respect of letting them know you went with another candidate. Even a simple generic form email would be fine. Don't just ghost candidates who spent time preparing, interviewing and learning about the company. If this is how you treat prospective employees, how do you treat them once they're hired? So unprofessional.
