The interview process consisted of various calls with the HR department and a skills-based test which were followed by the face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. It was averagely difficult.

First round is a phone screening interview. It is followed by an HR interview and a skills-based interview together with a face to face talk with the hiring manager and several team colleagues

Entretien
The hiring process took about a month, and consisted of 3 phone interviews, a video interview and a few in person interviews. The questions were practical and there was a writing test, standard stuff for legal interviews. I was offered the position and accepted the role.

Phone interview + face to face its with manager
Positive itw, good impression , but very long process with no visibility regarding the end of the process. Feeling of lack of transparency regarding the selection of the candidate.
