SCM advertised a copy machine technician dispatcher ad in the newspaper. They advised prospective employees to bring a resume and walk-in for interviews. I arrived and notified the receptionist that I was there for an interview. I ended up waiting 20 minutes and the manager finally saw me. He acted as though he didn't realize there was a position for dispatcher that was active.
