Three rounds of interviews. The first two rounds (first with HR and second with the hiring manager) seemed normal - they asked the standard questions about work experience and my approach to being a manager and my management style. The third round (with an animator and engineer) seemed oddly hostile from the start. I had never met these individuals before and have no idea why they would act this way. It was the strangest interview I've ever had as it was clear that no matter what I said I was going to fail. As far as I know, they never did fill the role and I wonder why they wasted my time.
