It was a fairly casual interview. Questions asked were more personality type questions than knowledge or past experience, perhaps because it was an entry level type role. I got the sense that they were more interested in seeing how I talk and carry myself rather than what it is I already know (because I did not know very much about the electronics industry and was up front about this).

Initial interview was over the phone by corporate HR, asked for salary expectations and explained if chosen 2nd interview would be set up by regional manager. 2nd interview with regional manager was in person and positive.
