Unorganized interview process and they dont have the decency to let candidate know their decision. Instead they just ghost candidates. Extremely high expectation - basically they want to get staff accountants work done with interns pay.

Entretien
Two rounds. First round was screening with HR. Second round was meeting the team and getting to know them. They asked behavioral questions and gave a brief overview of my role.
