I applied via email after the position was posted on a private Facebook group. Four weeks later, I was emailed to set up an in person interview. The interview was with two VPs in a conference room that mostly consisted of them telling me about the position and a couple generic questions about myself. Both interviewers responded to my thank you emails and then I never heard back on their decision. Disappointed they couldn't take the time to notify people who interviewed.
