Started with a phone interview which was probably an initial screening. Then called for an onsite. A team of 6 members out which 4 were RF team members and the other 2 were managers of different depts. Interview seemed more like a discussion and it went with ease. They took me to their lab and tested me with Spectrum analysers. Throughout the interview I thought I am able to crack it. Post interview feedback also sounded very positive. After 4 days the response was negative. But overall a good experience.

The basic process is outlined on their website. You submit the application online and then invited to send in a video. Afterward, you go through an interview with a recruiter, and you are contacted by the team for an interview at the office.
