Applied online and was contacted within 2 days. Short phone interview led to in person interview within the next 2 days. Salary was not mentioned until after the in person interview in a follow up call. Interview was good otherwise. They were specific in their requirements and desires. Seemed like good people, but may have problems retaining talent without better incentives. That seems to be a common report from what I have found.
