I applied to Sonic.net online, and was called to schedule an interview 2 weeks later. The interview went very well, and the 3 people holding the interview were quite friendly. When I first walked into the office, I was handed a clipboard, that had a technical support exam to take. It was quite intimidating to get handed a clipboard with a quiz right away. The questions on the exam were very hard for me, and I wasn't able to answer a bunch of them. The interview lasted about 10 minutes, or less. I would have liked to have a more in-depth interview, for the employers to have a chance to really get to know the potential employees. They seem like a great group of people to work for though. I did not receive a job offer, or invite for the second interview.
