It was a virtual interview, the interviewer suggested it was an informal discussion in the email. During the interview they didn’t turn their camera on nor address me by my name which I found odd. They also asked interview style questions which was not expected for a 15 get to know you discussion. I asked about the company culture and they couldn’t answer what that is like as apparently they are trying to establish it, so i asked what they would like from the culture and again they couldn’t answer the question. I wasn’t impressed.
