Creative director reached out and scheduled a casual meet and greet. The conversation was primarily a discovery call to learn about my background and relevant experience for the role. It was brief, and was told the next steps in the interview process. Despite multiple follow up emails, I never received a response and was ghosted. Rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional.
