When I had applied I had stepped in the office and been given basically a packet to fill out. About 8-10 pages of information and questions to answer and fill out . From there I wait around 2-3 weeks before I had been called in. Spoke to the regional manager who interviewed me and approved my admittance into the company.

you come in speak with the manager and you can lie all you want.
then the district manager will call you saying you are hired. they will hire anyone.
after you start working you will soon realize some of your fellow techs are very incompetent or worse have dui or felonies. how did they get hired?
