The recruitment process started off well, but the overall candidate experience was disappointing due to a lack of communication. The TA rescheduled my interview 30 minutes to the initial scheduled time. Following the interview, I was invited to complete a couple of assessments and submit a video, all of which I completed within the requested timeline. After submitting everything, communication stopped. I sent a polite follow-up message requesting an update on my application a week later, but although the message was read on whatsapp, I never received a response. I understand that not every candidate will progress to the next stage. However, after investing time in an interview, assessment, and video submission, I believe candidates deserve the courtesy of an update or a rejection email. Better communication would significantly improve the candidate experience.
