1st screening interview: was very pleasant 2nd assessment day: this day lasted almost 7 hours and all applicants were required to take this day off. The day consisted of group work, individual tasks, various interviews (individually and with different managers). The atmosphere was not pleasant and not very respectful. 3. an e-mail cancellation with text columns inserted from different formats and fonts. No feedback.
