I interviewed for an experienced position, they took me up to the last round of interview only to ghost me. And when I called them up they started negotiating hard. I don't think one should resign with this kind of offer in hand because, at last one could land up even being laid off when this company has less funds. The HR team is very irresponsible cause even though they will agree to your ask in the beginning they will not remember it.
