J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Solv (Phoneton, OH) en avr. 2020
Entretien
I was sent a recruiting email. I responded and spoke to someone on the phone for 20m. They then never spoke to me. Ghosting is common for large companies who are dealing with hundreds of applicants a day, this is insulting from smaller companies who reached out to me in the first place.
I wouldn't talk to them, or recommend people talk to them if they can't be considerate enough to show common decency.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Solv
Entretien
A recruiter reached out to me on AngelList and we set up a 30 minute call.
2 weeks later I had a coding interview with an engineer where I had to create a small React app. It was pretty interactive and casual, very fun.
About a week later there was a 3.5 hour virtual "onsite" interview that took place over two days. The first day we expanded on the React project and the second I met various members of the team, from CTO to designer to engineering manager.
I received an informal offer the next day, the offer letter a few days later, and had signed the contract within a week.
I thought it was a great interview process, everyone was very kind and approachable throughout and seemed to really enjoy the culture and what they do at Solv. It made me very excited to be a part of the team!
