Face to face with 2 of the managers, where they asked question about my previous experience and what i know about recruitment. I also met two team members afterwards. The interview was very informative.

Very flexible, I was working in London and they used a video platform to interview as I couldn't get to Glasgow to interview. This was set up in advance and very helpful. An offer was made without a face to face interview.

Entretien
Online video interview followed by a face to face interview with 3 staff members. After this I was recommended for a certain department and then was interviewed by my eventual line manager. The whole process was friendly and in depth. I have recommended a number of friends to work with SD and they have went through the same process.
