7 interviews and a case study over two months (they didn't have a hiring process mapped out, and it was painfully obvious, but I stuck with them because I was interested), and then bam! GHOSTED. The recruiter was also calling me before and after interviews to see if I was still interested, funny enough. After my final interview, I was told they'd let me know their decision, but I never heard back. Sent two follow-ups via TEXT to the recruiter's phone, and he never answered. So, if you're interviewing with this company, know these are the kinds of people you're dealing with. Hopefully, you have a better experience than I did.
