Summarize Solomon Group’s recent strategic transformation in your own words. What are the key changes in both the Events and Exhibits groups, and how do they impact the company’s market position and brand identity? Identify two specific areas where you believe our current marketing and communications are not aligned with our new strategic direction. Provide examples of how this misalignment might affect our brand perception in the Events and Exhibits sectors. Propose a new brand voice or messaging framework that aligns with Solomon Group’s current strategy. Describe how you would apply this new voice across different channels (e.g., website, social media, client pitches). Include an example of a key message or tagline that captures this updated voice. As part of this exercise, we’re also looking to understand your unique perspectives on the best ways to communicate Solomon Group’s value.
