The overall interview process was very standard. I completed a phone interview first, and then completed a personal interview in the Vienna, VA office. Expectations were set up front regarding recruiting numbers and overall activity required per week.

There was not necessarily a most 'difficult' question, however, the team did ask me "why Recruiting?".

Entretien
I met with most of the executive team in a panel style interview. Unfortunately I never met with the actual recruiting manager. This lead to a lot of problems down the road. As I was prepared for the expectations of the president of the company but not the recruiting managers.
