The process is complete and accurate. After some videos recording there is a face to face interview. I think it is the right way to proceed but I found the videos recording a little bit uncomfortable.

Technical questions about the product ownership role
Fue un proceso fluido en el que contactaron directamente y concretaron una primera entrevista con RH y luego un par de ellas más con los equipos. Fue un proceso fluido.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Solera en mai 2022

After the initial screening call, I was asked to complete an aptitude assessment although for someone with experience of 12+ years, it feels weird that they asked for this!
Anyways, I took out time from my weekend to complete the assessment but then the very next day, I got an email to re-do the assessment. So had to again take time out on a Sunday to finish it.
Post that, despite repeated follow ups with the HR, I was not told about my status so eventually I gave up on chasing them and moved onto other opportunities.
If someone is asking the HR politely about their status, then they deserve to know whether they have progressed to the next round or not, it's unfair to ghost out the candidates. Very disappointed!

Question 1
I didn't get to the interview stage as at the assessment stage itself, I was ghosted out and never got to know the result.

I had 3 interviews, one with the HR and the other 2 with different Product Managers in the company. They moved quite fast with the interviews and I received a good feedback all the time. But after the final one, I was ghosted by them, even if I followed up around 3 times. It was a matter of taking the decision if I relocate with my family to Spain or Germany (I had another offer on the table) , so I had to know a final answer, positive or negative. One time the HR girl left the company and it took time for someone else to take over so I was left in the dark for 2 weeks. Second time the new HR girl that let me know she took over, left on holiday for 2 weeks and no-one else handled the candidates meanwhile. The third time, after 2 follow up emails with the new HR girl, she completely ignored me. I even sent an email to one of the Product Managers that interviewed me and I received the same silence. I don't understand why it's so hard to give a final email to candidates telling them if they didn't pass the final interview. It is NOT ok to ghost them, leave them wondering if you 'll come back in 1-2 weeks to them with an offer. People need to take decisions that might affect their lifes and their family lifes for many years. HR guys, just send some words to your candidates with' Sorry, but you are not a fit, maybe next time! ' Stop ghosting people!
