      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Solarclarity Group (Weesp) en févr. 2024

      Entretien

      I was contacted by an inmail message from Solarclarity recruiter. We had the first call, she described all the details. Then second round was with the team lead and HR, discussed my previous a d current experience, standard questions. Then HR asked me to do the questionnaire online after the interview. That consisted of 3 parts for 1,5 hours! 3 phycological and 1 ability test (IQ test with these stupid triangles and dots to match, which you might fail without previous skill to solve it). The final round is off-site, no flexibility to arrange it online, no reimbursement for coming to the interview. The third round was with HR and CFO. Again er discussed my previous experience, standard questions. Then HR printed 30 pages of questionnaire results, which somehow describe myself... So stupid. At the end, they called and declined to continue, saying I have a strong opinion for work life balance and working 2-3 days from office is nothing, they need more, even though their policy is 50-50 work from home/office. Be careful, they claim that their office is family :D I spent my money and time for nothing. I'm glad they declined.

      The process started with a pleasant phone call, where first contact is made. Following online/on-site interviews with key employees such as the CEO, HR manager, team leader and more. Assessments are also part of the process. Great experience, which confirmed my wish to join Solarclarity at each stage! On a specific note, Lily is what you can call a unique ‘talent-hunter’ with her respectful and friendly manner 🌞
