1- Phone Interview: HR emailed me to setup a phone interview. I spend 30 minutes with on the phone with the CEO. He was mostly focused about my motives to join the company.
2- In Person Interview: I met in person with the CEO a week after
3- Offer I got an offer 3 days after the in person interview

I was contacted shortly after I applied with them for a phone screening and then invited for an in person interview. I was offered a couple days after the interview.
