Horribly unprofessional and unorganized. I did two phone interviews, a skype interview, and an in person interview spread out over 8 weeks. No response to emails after the last interview. Even if I was not the chosen candidate, after I had put so much time and effort into interviewing for the position, the least they could do is respond to an email. I have had friends with similar experiences at this company as well.
