First phone interview with recruiter (~30min), then phone interview with hiring manager (~30min), then in-person tech-style serial one-on-one interview with 8-10 coworkers at office, taking a half day to complete. I liked the informal format of the one-on-one interviews, it gave me the opportunity to ask a lot of personal and culture questions. Very flexible about scheduling, timeline - much appreciated.
