The hiring process was a three step process. The steps go from recruiter to in person interview with two managers and than an in person interview with the hiring manager.
A recruiter contacted me shortly after I uploaded my resume to the company website. We had an initial discussion about my past and current jobs/experiences. Following that was a more in-depth conversation with managers about solar photovoltaic experience and sales. The final step was to speak with the hiring manager. You have to convince the hiring manager that you are ready to sell renewable energy.

A recruiter found my resume online and contacted me. I was then sent multiple interviews, three on one followed by a one on one with management. They cancelled all of the training classes for the rest of 2015 after I had already jumped through all of the circus hoops, so I was put back through the mill and processed for the Inside Sales Associate position. One would think that my interview would of carried over, NOPE! I had to interview again via a two on one and then was invited to a group interview. Seems backwards. Typically you go to a group interview first and then get personal later. I was disappointed with the entire process. Seemed disorganized. I was ill so I did not get a chance to attend the group interview.

Sales experience and questions about previous jobs were asked. Answer to the beat of your abilities and be confident in your interview and you will be hired. They want very social people with lots of charisma.

I sent in my application on a Friday at 10am, was called back to schedule an interview at 10:30am! 3 days later I had an interview face to face with a manager, and they asked questions like what has you interested in working here, what was your previous experience, etc. After that I had a phone interview with the VP of the office the next day, and she was very kind and answered any questions I had, and asked her questions that ran along the same lines as before. Then they called the next day to offer me a job and I jumped on it because of how awesome they are!
