easy. interview in person at starbuck. there will be 2 months of training. they will make you memorize scripts like robot. you follow their instruction and will get the job.

First contact was via phone from Sales recruiter who shared basic compensation info and arranged on site interview with area sales manager. Area sales manager met for a face-to-face interview where he was behind his desk with my resume pulled up on his screen and I was behind a desk as well. The interview was conversational and relaxed, not stressful. Follow up phone interview with regional sales manager. All happened within one week!
