Solar called me to set up a phone interview after I applied online. During the interview they asked me what my favorite class was and why? About previous internships? How I would handle a problem with another team member? They told me a little about the company and I asked a few questions about how the work in the company is split up. They told me that they would get back to me soon. A few weeks went by and I received a phone call and they explained the offer and I accepted.
