Two interviews, both about interest rather than knowledge. Value genuine interest in policy. Asking questions super important. First interview with hiring manager, next with direct manager, both 30 mins. Offer received at 2nd interview.

Friendly interviewers and straightforward questions. They began the interview with asking me to introduce myself and then went into more situational questions. Afterwards, they asked me to describe how the role would help my career path
